open listings dashboard
Open Listings aims to make buying a home simple and affordable. They provide a platform that enables homebuyers to take the lead while offering support along the way. To further help achieve OL’s goals, I’ve created a simplified dashboard that merges and enhances existing pages to give users a better view of their home-buying journey.
The challenge was to figure out how to simplify the existing content to create a unified dashboard for the user. After interviewing a few homeowners, I was able to organize pages and add in features that would best serve them
Based on users' feedback — an inbox that houses an archive of past and current messages between the buyer and the agents was a key feature they wanted to have.
Users can see their active offers along with their status and any pending details all in one page.
REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE
By rearranging the existing pages to nest under the bigger categories — the UI and user flow will be familiar to current users. Less confusion = more time finding fixers on shittylistings.com.
